BAYAMON, Puerto Rico -- Former Michigan star Robert "Tractor" Traylor was found dead inside his apartment Wednesday in Puerto Rico of an apparent heart attack, according to his current team, the Bayamon Cowboys. He was 34.

Traylor was the No. 6 overall pick in the 1998 draft out of the University of Michigan. He was famously traded from the Dallas Mavericks to the Milwaukee Bucks on draft night for Dirk Nowitzki.

Traylor battled weight problems during his careers, constantly tipping the scales around 300 pounds. He underwent heart surgery in 2006 because of an enlarged aortic valve.

He played seven NBA seasons for the Bucks, Cleveland Cavaliers and the Charlotte Hornets. He finished his NBA career averaging 4.8 points and 3.7 rebounds per game.

ESPN.com reports that he had been missing for three days before he was found in his apartment.

According to the team's website, its Wednesday night game has been canceled.
