VANCOUVER, B.C. -- As expected, Roberto Luongo led the Vancouver Canucks onto the ice for pregame warm-ups and he will start Game 7 at Rogers Arena. Corey Crawford is, of course, starting for the Chicago Blackhawks, who have rallied from a 3-0 hole to force the deciding game.

The rest of the lineups are also now official, and there are a few changes on both sides.

Marcus Kruger and Fernando Pisani will play for the Blackhawks after both sat out Game 6. Pisani hasn't played since Game 3 and has only played in two games during this series. They will likely start the game on the fourth line with Ryan Johnson.

John Scott, who played only 59 seconds in Game 6, is a healthy scratch. Troy Brouwer will take the injured Bryan Bickell's place on the Hawks' third line with Dave Bolland and Michael Frolik.

Bickell is out after undergoing wrist surgery.

For Vancouver, Keith Ballard and Tanner Glass are in the lineup as they both said they would be after the morning skate. Ballard is in for injured defenseman Sami Salo (leg) and Glass is in up front for rookie Cody Hodgson, who played the last two games but only saw 7:11 of ice time in Game 6.

Ballard sat out the last two games after playing in the first four. He will play on the Canucks' third defensive pair with Andrew Alberts. Glass, a healthy scratch in Game 6, warmed up on a line with Raffi Torres and Victor Oreskovich.

The Canucks appear to be keeping Alex Burrows on a line with Ryan Kesler and Mason Raymond while Mikael Samuelsson is staying on the right with of Henrik and Daniel Sedin. Maxim Lapierre, Jannik Hansen and Christopher Higgins will start as Vancouver's third line.
