VANCOUVER, B.C. -- Troy Brouwer had to replace someone in the Chicago Blackhawks' lineup for Game 1 Wednesday night at Rogers Arena. Fernando Pisani drew the short straw and will be a healthy scratch for the first time since March 8.

Brouwer, who missed the final three games of the regular season with a shoulder injury, will start the game skating on a line with Jake Dowell and Bryan Bickell. Pisani was playing on that line while Brouwer was out of the lineup.

Pisani hasn't recorded a point since he had an assist here in Vancouver in a 4-3 loss on Feb. 4. He had 7 goals and 9 assists for 16 points in 60 games. Brouwer finished the regular season with 17 goals and 19 assists for 36 points in 79 games.
