Ricky Taylor scored a career-high 41 points, including the game-winning basket with 15 seconds left in the second overtime, as Chattanooga edged North Carolina-Greensboro 111-110 on Thursday night.

Taylor, who was 12 of 18 from the field, including six 3-pointers, and 13 of 15 from the free-throw line, surpassed his previous career high of 22 for the Mocs (12-10, 8-2 Southern Conference).

Korey Van Dussen scored 33 to lead UNC Greensboro (3-16, 3-6), which had won three straight.

The Spartans led by seven in the second OT, but the Mocs outscored them 9-1 in the final 1:49.

Chattanooga's Keegan Bell sent the game into overtime with a 3-pointer with 5 seconds left and UNC Greensboro's Trevis Simpson forced the second OT with a buzzer-beating layup to tie it at 100.

Bell had 24 points.

Brandon Evans scored 28 points and Kyle Randall had 18 for UNC Greensboro.
