Marleau back for Sharks, Eaves out for Wings

SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) — Patrick Marleau is back in the lineup for the San Jose Sharks after missing Game 1 against the Detroit Red Wings with an illness.

Patrick Eaves will miss Game 2 of the second-round series for Detroit on Sunday night with an arm injury. He is being replaced by Jason Williams, who has not played since Game 1 in the first round.

Marleau led the Sharks with 44 goals in the regular season. He missed San Jose's 4-3 win in Game 1 with an illness but felt good enough to practice Saturday and play in Game 2. Jed Ortmeyer is scratched to make room for Marleau's return.
