Comedian Chris Rock is looking to unload his Brooklyn townhouse in Clinton Hill. Rock purchased the property in 1994 and has since rented it out for as much as $15,000 a month.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home also has a garage with room for two cars, a roof deck and a charming garden with a built-in barbecue.
Upstairs, there's a spacious 23-foot-long master suite with skylights, stained-glass windows and a cast iron stove.

The 7,687-square-foot home has five bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, plus it's located in a gated community.
