Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt, who says he's ready for the 2016 season now that his torn abdominal muscles have healed, is selling his modest home in Pearland, TX, for $465,000.

The All-Pro sack master hasn't missed a game in his five-year NFL career, and he's not leaving the Texans any time soon -- he signed a six-year, $100 million contract with the team before the 2014 season. Perhaps the three-time Defensive Player of the Year has found a new (more luxurious!) place to rest his head in Houston.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home he's selling measures 4,169 square feet and sits on a quarter-acre lot. It features a saltwater pool, patio with pergola, and outdoor kitchen. The two-story family room has a fireplace and specialty molding. There's also a master suite on the main floor.

Built in 2005, the traditional-style home was purchased by Watt in 2011, when the seller was asking $399,000.

Watt, 27, was drafted by the Texans out of Wisconsin in the first round of the 2011 NFL draft. Property records indicate he also owns property in his home state of Wisconsin.
