"Anger Management" actor Charlie Sheen has jettisoned the second of his three Mulholland Estates homes in Los Angeles for $5.4 million, says the Los Angeles Times. The troubled star bought the Spanish-style house four years ago from Detroit Pistons owner Tom Gores, paying $4.8 million.

This is Sheen's second Mulholland Estates sale in a year, according to the Times. The star recently sold a six-bedroom Mediterranean-style home there for $6.6 million, a little shy of the $7 million he paid in 2011, when he bought it from producer Mike Medavoy.

His latest sale is a 6,625-square-foot, hillside home featuring a movie theater, chef's kitchen with center island, and fireplaces in the master suite, living room, and den. The house sits on about an acre and features a gated courtyard, outdoor living areas, tennis court, pool, and spa.

Variety says the actor still owns one more house in the guard-gated Mulholland Estates, a mountain enclave that sits between Sherman Oaks and Beverly Hills and has attracted such celeb neighbors as Paris Hilton, Judith Light, Vanna White, and Christina Aguilera. The two houses Sheen's already sold had been occupied by ex-wives Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller and their children, Variety says.

Sheen, who starred in the hit sitcom "Two and a Half Men," came out as HIV-positive in 2015 and has since become an advocate for HIV education and awareness.
