Well that was quick. Jason Segel is prepared to forget a cool cottage he bought just last year. The actor, who paid $1.4 million for the place in February 2015, is now selling it for $1.6 million.

Aside from being a successful screenwriter, actor, and comedian, Segel also seems to have gotten a taste for property flipping.

The "How I Met Your Mother" star snagged the boho bungalow from noted journalist and author Joel Stein, who offered it for $1,425,000 in late 2014.

According to Variety, Segel already owned two properties above the Sunset Strip area when he purchased this 1,900-square-foot home. He sold the two other homes in April 2015 and recently purchased the Los Angeles home of artist Shepard Fairey.

Perhaps three wasn't the charm in terms of homes owned. But it's not because this pad lacks character. The "Hollywood hideaway" is a "garden paradise" with an "artistic sensibility," according to the listing.

Built in 1939, the retreat includes decks and patios, a backyard kitchen and bar, and an enchanting landscape for easy outdoor entertaining. Indoors, there's a living room with a vaulted, beamed ceiling and a fireplace leads to a separate dining room and balcony.

The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and concrete floors. Bathrooms have all been remodeled, and the bedrooms are spacious. In short, Segel's flip is totally ready for its close-up.
