Radio host Colin Cowherd left his longtime position on ESPN Radio and signed with Fox Sports Radio last year. Now offering his signature hot takes on "The Herd," the host is attempting another pitch on his Manhattan Beach, CA, mansion. After initially listing the home for sale in January for $3.34 million, he's now offering to rent it out for $15,000 a month.

So while Cowherd is settling into a new TV gig on a daily sports debate show debuting this year, a wealthy tenant can settle into his Cape Cod -- style, five-bedroom home with proximity to the Pacific Ocean.

Inside, there are plenty of high-end finishes. The kitchen gleams with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances alongside white cabinetry and an island. The bathrooms are modern, with steel-gray backsplashes and Grohe fixtures.

There are plenty of small touches, too, including the wine cellar underneath the split-level stairs, and the wide-plank hardwood floors that tie the rooms together. It is a thoughtful design and one that took a lot of work.

"Just when you thought it was perfect, the current owner's interior designer took over and created a signature style of hand chosen finishes and fixtures from around the world," according to the listing.

All it awaits is a renter who has a taste for upscale beach style. And $15,000 a month.
