Just a month after marrying former model Jerry Hall, News Corp Executive Chairman Rupert Murdoch has put his Greenwich Village townhouse on the market for $28.9 million.

The media mogul bought the house in April 2015 for $25 million; he and Hall began dating in late summer of that year. The listing says the "exquisite townhouse" has been newly restored and renovated, and "seamlessly pairs unparalleled amenities and finishes with authentic architectural design." "It's to die for," says listing agent Dolly Lenz. "The pictures don't do it justice."

That's saying a lot, since the photos are quite impressive. The four-bedroom house has seven bathrooms, a four-person elevator, a terraced garden, multiple "grand entertaining spaces," and impressive city views, including of the Empire State Building.

According to property records, the multilevel townhouse measures 4,890 square feet. Not counting the lovely roof deck, of course. As Lenz says, "It's move-in ready."

After viewing these photos, we'd definitely like to!
