Pop superstar Britney Spears is swapping her estates in Thousand Oaks, CA. Just months after purchasing a $7.4 million Italian-style villa in the mountainside California community, the chanteuse listed her former five-bedroom home for $9 million.
Built in 2010, the estate mixes modern and Spanish styles. Marble enthusiasts will adore the all-white kitchen, which has two islands that could take up most of a city block.
