Mark Mastrov, the founder of the 24 Hour Fitness chain, is pumping up his finances by selling his vacation getaway.

His luxurious Lake Tahoe home in Glenbrook, NV, is on the market for a whopping $35 million. For the price, he may want to incentivize a buyer with a couple of gym memberships.

The businessman has moved his focus to a stake in the nearby Sacramento Kings basketball team. But when he was not working, the Bay Area native took his downtime seriously with this lakefront retreat.

Sitting on 13-plus acres are a 13,000-square-foot main house, a four-bedroom guesthouse, and a three-bedroom caretaker's house.

The parklike surroundings include a pool and spa that overlook the beach, a shared pier, and a private boathouse. Picturesque details include expansive lake and mountain views, a covered bridge, a trout pond, waterfalls, and a white-sand beach.

For those who like to perfect their golf swing, there's also a three-hole course and a practice green.

"Properties like this are very special at Lake Tahoe," listing agent Trinkie Watson says of the compound, which was built in 1998. "Not only was it beautifully designed and built by the prior owner, it has been upgraded as needed and extremely well-maintained."

Watson notes that the home is move-in ready and furnishings are included.
