French-born NBA player Nicolas Batum is selling his trs chic home in Lake Oswego, OR, for $2.5 million.

Batum bid adieu to Oregon when he was traded from the Portland Trail Blazers in June to become a Charlotte Hornet.

The home will certainly set architecture buffs abuzz: The glamorous minimalist building offers views of mountains, the river, and the city skyline through walls of windows. The 6,800-square-foot home has a touch of rustic design with its exposed wood ceiling, but the open living spaces and steel flooring with radiant heat are all modern.

The five-bedroom home has a kitchen, living and dining areas, decks, a master bedroom with a fireplace, a gym, a media room, and a bonus room.

Outdoors the 1.5-acre lot features a pool, pool house, spa, and barbecue.

The sale of Batum's home is well-timed, as the 26-year-old was recently divorced from his wife of two years, Melanie Pimentel. The player, who reportedly earns between $11 million and $12 million a year, has apparently agreed to pay his former spouse $5 million.
