Winnipeg Jets' Drew Stafford packed up his hockey sticks and shuffled off from Buffalo, NY, after a midseason trade last season. Now, the former Sabres star is letting go of his condo in western New York for $1.1 million.

The 29-year-old winger opted to stay with Winnipeg after finishing 2015 north of the border. He signed a two-year, $8.7 million contract with the Jets in June in what he labeled " an easy choice." He can now look forward to braving the frigid climes of Manitoba for a couple more seasons.

The NHL player's plush pad will be a score for one lucky buyer. According to the listing, it's located on the "exciting 9th floor" of the waterfront building.

Once you've calmed down from the excitement, you'll notice that the 2,500-square-foot, light-filled space includes three bedrooms with large closets. Built in 2009, the condo also features high ceilings, an open floor plan, a wet bar, a chef's kitchen with granite countertops, and a fireplace.

Floor-to-ceiling windows offer "breathtaking views of Lake Erie and Canada," according to the listing. If you're in the mood to watch some hockey, you can walk 15 minutes to First Niagara Center.

The high-rise complex offers many amenities, including two parking spots, a doorman, exercise areas, and conference rooms.
