Actress Lena Dunham to campaign for Clinton in Iowa

Actress Lena Dunham is the latest celebrity to add her name to the list of celebrities supporting Hillary Clinton.

The actress and author will be in Des Moines and Iowa City Jan. 9, the Des Moines Register reported Tuesday.

"Just picture the selfie you'll take together after you talk about how much you both love Hillary and other super-smart feminists you know!" Michelle Kleppe, the Iowa organizing director for Hillary for America, said in a news release. "Lena has spent a lot of time with Hillary, and I bet she's got some great stories to share."

The campaign will release details of where and what Dunham will speak about closer to the event, the campaign said.
