The 2016 Democratic presidential field, led by Hillary Clinton, panned Donald Trump's Monday afternoon statement calling for a ban on Muslims entering the United States.
In a tweet, Clinton called Trump's statement "reprehensible" and "prejudiced," adding that he doesn't "get it."
In addition, Democratic challengers Sen. Bernie Sanders and former Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley came out swinging against the real estate mogul.
