Ben Carson: It's about being human

Dr. Ben Carson, GOP presidential candidate, spoke at a pro-life rally on Capitol Hill Tuesday calling on Congress to defund Planned Parenthood.

Carson told the media, "It shouldn't matter whether you're a Republican or a Democrat, it should matter whether you're a human being."

Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., and Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, were among other Republican leaders who attended the anti-Planned Parenthood rally on Tuesday.
