The 2016 candidates are completely dominating the Sunday morning show guest spots this Sunday, with one notable exception — ABC has invited Planned Parenthood's president, undoubtedly to discuss the series of undercover videos that have shown top level executives haggling the price of aborted fetal organs.

Republican candidate Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., who has been absent from the shows for months, makes a return this weekend on CBS' "Face the Nation" and on "Fox News Sunday," where he will discuss the amendments which Sen. Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., blocked from adding to the highway bill. In response to McConnell's maneuver, Paul is trying to get enough signatures to force a vote on the Senate floor.

This week's guest line-up, per the AP:

• ABC's "This Week" — Attorney General Loretta Lynch; Republican presidential candidate Lindsey Graham; Cecile Richards, president of Planned Parenthood Federation of America.
