Charles Krauthammer called Hillary Clinton a “weak candidate” Wednesday, in light of new polling that shows the current Democratic frontrunner trailing a trio of her Republican challengers in battleground states of Colorado, Iowa and Virginia.

"The more you see her the more her numbers go down. That's a definition of a weak candidate," Krauthammer, a syndicated columnist and Fox News contributor, told viewers on “Special Report with Bret Baier.”

Liberal democratic voters seem to have been energized by Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, who drew his biggest crowds at a rally in Phoenix with 11,000 people.

Krauthammer continued, "I think what was astonishing is that in some of those polls when they ran the Republicans against Bernie Sanders, not exactly the second coming of Ronald Reagan or FDR in sort of attractiveness, he does better."
