NSA Leaker Edward Snowden “puts himself above everybody in our democracy,” Juan Williams said Tuesday on Fox News' "Special Report."

Williams comments come after Monday’s Washington Post article, which quotes Snowden saying he “already won” and still works for the NSA, but “they are the only ones who don’t realize it.”

“[Snowden] says basically, he’s won because he didn’t want to change society,” Williams said Tuesday.  “He wanted to allow society to change itself.”

But to Williams the most glaring thing from Snowden’s interview was what was left out. “He never says a word about, you know, there are people who are trying to kill us.  There are terrorists out there and that we have to protect ourselves as Americans.”
