Perry Web Video: Meet My Flat Tax Plan

Texas Governor Rick Perry's campaign has just released a new web video announcing the second phase of the presidential hopeful's economic plan: Cut, Balance and Grow.

The video includes an endorsement from flat tax proponent Steve Forbes, some positive comments on the "pro-growth" aspects of the plan from Weekly Standard columnist Steve Hayes, and a pretty excited Rush Limbaugh on what he calls "a serious reform plan" that the Wall Street Journal loves.

Cut, Balance and Grow focuses on an optional 20 percent flat tax for individuals and corporations. It caps federal spending at 20% of GDP and aims to balance the federal budget by 2020.
