UPDATE: FOX News has confirmed two other participants in Thursday's meeting. Both Google Chief Executive Eric Schmidt and Apple CEO Steve Jobs will join Zuckerberg and the president.
President Obama is often credited as being the first president to embrace and engage his supporters through social media, and Thursday he'll meet face-to-face with the social media master himself - Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.
The 26 year-old Zuckerberg will participate in a meeting with other CEO's and the president in San Francisco. The White House says it's part of an ongoing discussion with business leaders to talk about how to get the economy moving forward.
Zuckerberg is worth nearly $7 billion. He launched Facebook when he was a student at Harvard University. During the 2008 campaign, then-candidate Obama frequently used Facebook to communicate with his supporters and has continued to do so since becoming president.
While Obama may get the title for being the most tech-savvy president, he doesn't hold the award for most popular. That goes to Lady Gaga, who has some 28 million Facebook followers. Obama has just over 18 million.
Over 600 million people use Facebook worldwide.
