International Plot in Times Square SUV bomb? Evidence "leans" in that direction

A senior administration official familiar with the briefings received by President Obama tells Fox's Major Garrett that information gathered from all intelligence and criminal investigators points increasingly to an international plot behind the Times Square SUV bomb. The official would not say - authoritatively and without hesitation - that this was an international plot with many individuals involved. But, the official said, all available evidence "leans" in that direction.
