House Approves Final Health Care Measure

Finishing a nearly year-long saga, the House of Representatives Thursday night put its finishing touches on the final health care reform bill, clearing the way for President Obama to sign the package into law.

The Senate made technical changes to the bill earlier in the day, so the House had to agree to the alterations.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) called the changes "benign."
