4:30am ET Vice President will a deliver a speech at Tel Aviv University entitled "The Enduring Partnership Between the United States and Israel." Afterwards, the Vice President will answer questions from university students in the audience. The Vice President then flies to Amman, Jordan, where he will meet and have dinner with King Abdullah.
