Due to the crippling snow storm, the Federal Government is shutdown for the fourth day in a row at the cost of $100 million dollars daily but the President and his staffers will be working Thursday.  White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs will brief reporters at 12:45p.

Late morning, the President and the Vice President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. The President will then meet with senior advisors in the Oval Office. These meetings are closed.

In the afternoon, the President will sign the Economic Report of the President in the Oval Office. The signing is closed.

Later, the President and the Vice President will meet separately with Secretary of the Treasury Geithner and Secretary of State Clinton in the Oval Office. These meetings are closed.

The President will also meet with the 2009 and 2010 March of Dimes Ambassadors in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed.
