Reporters Notebook: Bill Burton's first briefing

The 1pm White House Daily Briefing today started out with a surprise for reporters when Deputy Spokesman Bill Burton walked out to the podium rather than White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs.

Burton has briefed reporters before on Air Force One, on vacation in Martha's Vineyard and Hawaii, but never in the briefing room.
