White House says No Decision on Nobel Prize Money

White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said in Monday's briefing the President has still not decided which charitable organizations he will give the Nobel Peace Prize money to.     President Obama is traveling to Oslo, Norway on Wednesday to receive the prize and the $1.4 million that comes with the honor.
