Just in: President to Address Nation from West Point Tuesday Night

Fox White House Correspondent Mike Emanuel reports the following breaking news from the White House:

* President will address the nation Tuesday at 8pm from West Point US Military Academy, where he will announce his decision on US troop levels in Afghanistan

* In next couple of hours, the White House will release the October requests for the pre-September 15 visitor logs. The White House has begun a self-imposed release of logs of every White House visitor. They are trying to release the logs of visits that occurred before this new procedure on an as-requested basis. Right now, they are fulfilling requests for specific time frames. Today it's October.

* As Mike reported earlier, President Obama will head to Copenhagen for the UN climate change summit on December 9. Afterwards, on December 10, he heads to Oslo, Norway to accept his Nobel Peace Prize.
