Ambassador David Roet is Israel’s Deputy Permanent Ambassador of Israel to the United Nations and an Israeli diplomat for the last 28 years. His father Haim Roet was recognized by both the Israeli government and Yad Vashem (Israel’s living memorial to the Holocaust) for his work to preserve the memory of the Holocaust and for social justice.
