Historian Douglas Brinkley told CBS that although President Obama worries about facing a Republican Congress, his biggest hurdle is the Supreme Court.

A ruling that guts ObamaCare would ruin the president’s legacy because, Brinkley says, Obama can’t veto the court.

Dont bet on that. If Dear Leader doesn’t need a Congress, why does he need a Supreme Court?
