President Obama made history as the first sitting president on a daytime talk show when he visits the ladies of "The View" on a show airing today. But he did so at the expense of missing another historic occasion -- the Boy Scouts' Jamboree, marking the group's 100th anniversary, taking place right in the president's backyard.
