      More fallout from the decision by the House Oversight Committee to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in Contempt of Congress despite President Obama's assertion of executive privilege. The committee voted along party lines to send a resolution to the full Congress.. which will vote on it next week. The political implication just beginning to be felt with lots of debate about what it means to the election.. the AP is reporting that there may be a deal being worked out behind the scenes.. stay tuned.

      Some disturbing news that may have gotten overshadowed yesterday in the coverage of Fast and Furious.. the Federal Reserve saying the economy is growing more slowly than they anticipated. The Fed blamed themselves, in part, for not acting more aggressively in the recent past. Yet the "cure" they announced seemed rather paltry to some analysts.

      We get weekly jobless numbers today.. so we'll take a look at those too.

      The Supreme Court meets today at 10am to hand down opinions. There are two cases we are VERY interested in.. The high court's ruling on the health care overhaul and their ruling on the Arizona illegal immigration crackdown. Tom Goldstein will either react or preview for us.

      Interesting day by the presidential candidates. POTUS will speak about student loans this afternoon. Mitt Romney addresses Hispanics for the first time since the President announced new immigration rules on Friday.

      New Associated Press-Gfk polling suggests Mitt Romney has moved into a virtual tie with the President.
