Fayetteville, North Carolina police wrapping up News Conference... telling reporters they've arrested 29 year old Mario Andrette McNeill and that he has confessed to taking little Shaniya Davis. Police say they are releasing their first suspect, Clarence Coe, and all charges against him will be dropped. Surveillance video shows McNeill taking Shaniya into a hotel room Tuesday morning. The child's been missing since earlier this week. Police still have not found her-- the search intensifying but, they say they have hope she may be alive.
