"Chef Che" Food Truck Courts Controversy With Cubans

"We figured... flavor to the people, power to the people," says "Chef Che" owner Carolina Hernández, explaining why she named her two-month-old Los Angeles food truck after the Latin American revolutionary. "There's no political stance!"

But that's not how some members of the Cuban community see it.

Fidel means "murder, assassination, and families being ripped apart!" said a Cuban woman interviewed by KTTV. "The Fidel empanada ... is an even bigger slap to our face."
