It seems that just about every American, including us as Latinos, know a thing or two about stress and fatigue. For example, a 2011 report from the Centers for Disease Control reveals that one in 10 Americans suffer from clinical depression.

Finding solutions to our daily challenges isn’t always easy, but one possible option is an expanding movement that focuses on a practice called Einstellen, or tuning in. Some followers have been practicing it for decades and say it harnesses natural energy to help alleviate stress, and facilitates inner healing.

Rois is from Austria, but is touring the U.S. She recently spoke at the United Nations about this very concept before joining us in the studio.
