In a post-segregation country, neighborhoods in some cities are still known more by the color of the people who live there, than by the streets that border them.

In an advanced world where so many opportunities are available to us, it’s easy to believe that we can have it all. That’s not the case. In many cases we’re often forced to make the difficult choice of career or relationship.

What motivates people? Many employers would be surprised to know that it’s not a paycheck or other monetary compensation.

Thomas Suarez is a 12-year old wunderkind who has created not just one, but two apps. He’s also been a speaker at TED Talks, joining the ranks of some of the world’s greatest minds.
