A new study finds less running could be better for your heart's health.

Researchers found people who ran 50 minutes or less per week received the same benefits as those who ran more than three hours per week.

The study found we can benefit from as little as 30 minutes of running per week.

Running is associated with a 30 percent lower risk of death and a 45 percent lower risk of heart disease of stroke.
