An Army veteran has received some high-tech help in the form of a new chair.

On Sunday, veteran Jerral Hancock took his first spin his brand new Action Track Chair – a state-of-the-art wheelchair that allows users to go “off-road” in areas such as campgrounds, forests, beaches and snow.

Hancock served as an Army tank driver in Iraq, where he was severely wounded and paralyzed.  He says his new wheelchair will now make it possible for him to visit places he hasn’t been to in years.

A single father of two young kids, Hancock says the first place he wants to go is the beach.

The Action Track Chair was provided by The Brotherhood of Tankers and Operation All the Way Home.

The funds for the track chair were provided by www.IndependenceFund.org.

Viewers of Bill O’Reilly’s Fox News Channel show have raised more than $7 million dollars to supply veterans with these track chairs.
