Hudson Common in New York City is known for their amazing chicken wings.

But these aren't your average wings. Their executive sous chef, German Villatoro, shows us how to make three of their most popular wing varieties: waffle, habanero and chicken Parmesan.

Getting hungry yet?

If you really want to up the ante at your next tailgating party, check out the links to the right and watch Chef Villatoro make a batch of each.

TIP: Don't have a deep-fryer? No problem. Just use a tall cooking pot for the oil, and use a metal strainer to carefully submerge the wings. (You should also consider investing in a thermometer to ensure the oil is heated to the correct temperature.)
