Looking for a new way to decorate your favorite cakes or cupcakes?

Why not try using stencils? You probably already have all the supplies you need in your kitchen to try this fun take on cake decorating.

Once you've frosted your cake, grab your roll of wax paper and cut out a few fun geometric patterns.

You can either print shapes to trace from your computer or go use a ruler to measure out stripes.

Cut out the designs from the wax paper and you're ready to go. Once you're done icing your cake, position the wax paper stencil and pour sprinkles over the wax paper. They'll stick to the frosting and create these bright fun designs.
