Ingredients:

1 part Jägermeister

1/2 part Lemon juice

1/2 part Spiced pomegranate honey (ingredients and preparation below)

2 part Fresh apple cider

1 part Appleton Reserve (Jamaican Aged Rum)

1 part water

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients and heat over stove. Serve warm in a footed mug with garnish of whole cloves in an orange peel.

Steep clove, fresh ginger pieces & cracked cinnamon sticks in POM, similar to making a tea. Bring to boil and let sit to chill. Fine strain the liquid and add equal parts honey. Keep refrigerated.
