Puff pastry
Brie Cheese
Pine nuts
Strawberries
Sugar
Apples
In a small saucepan whisk together MTN DEW Black Label and sugar. Add apples and let stand 5 minutes.
Bring liquid to a boil and simmer apples until tender.
Puree liquid with apples and return to stove with sugar. Cook until thick and glossy. Strain.
Place a small amount of cheese in a vol au vent and bake until melted. Spoon warm jam over the cheese. Top w/ pine nuts and a thin slice of strawberry.
