Ingredients:

2 cups of cut Pie Pumpkin

4 Apples (2 red/2 green)

2 inches of fresh Ginger Root

? tsp of Chia Seed per serving

1 pinch of Ground Cardamom

Preparation:

Wash and cut the pumpkin. Remove seeds.

Place pumpkin, apple, ginger in juicer.

Once juiced, add cardamom and chia. Mix well.

Let rest in a container for at least one (1) hour to allow the chia to expand.

Pour and enjoy.
