Treat yourself to this refreshingly spicy pumpkin  juice from Southern Pressed Juicery. This cleansing tonic not only aids in digestion but helps boost your metabolism and controls cholesterol.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cut Pie Pumpkin
  • 4 Apples (2 red/2 green)
  • 2 inches of fresh Ginger Root
  • ½ tsp of Chia Seed per serving
  • 1 pinch of Ground Cardamom

Preparation

  • Wash and cut the pumpkin. Remove seeds.
  • Place pumpkin, apple, ginger in juicer.
  • Once juiced, add cardamom and chia. Mix well.
  • Let rest in a container for at least one (1) hour to allow the chia to expand.
  • Pour and enjoy.
