- 2 cups of cut Pie Pumpkin
- 4 Apples (2 red/2 green)
- 2 inches of fresh Ginger Root
- ½ tsp of Chia Seed per serving
- 1 pinch of Ground Cardamom
- Wash and cut the pumpkin. Remove seeds.
- Place pumpkin, apple, ginger in juicer.
- Once juiced, add cardamom and chia. Mix well.
- Let rest in a container for at least one (1) hour to allow the chia to expand.
