Hurricane Grill & Wings Coco Loco sauce is one of Hurricane Grill & Wings most popular and best-selling signature sauces. The sauce is habanero meets coconut with a touch of lime, falling into the ‘hot’  heat range in the restaurant’s heat index ranging from Calm Seas to Evacuation Route. 



  • Oil
  • 15 Jumbo Chicken Wings


  • 1/4 cup White Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/4 cup Finely Diced Habaneros
  • 1/4 cup Coco Real Cream of Coconut
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste


Step 1:

  • Preheat oil in the fryer to 350 degrees

Step 2:

  • Clean Wings and take extra care to properly drain the wings of all liquid before placing in the fryer

Step 3:

  • While cooking, shake the basket frequently to break apart the wings and keep them from sticking to one another

Step 4:

  • Cooking times will vary depending on wing size. Hurricane Grill & Wings cooks the jumbo wings for 9.5 minutes, smaller wings may take less time

Step 5:

  • A good indication that wings are almost done is they will begin to float to the top of the oil, and should cook until light golden brown

Step 6:

  • Once wings are finished cooking, they can be tossed in your favorite wing sauce

Step 1:

  • Combine all ingredients and simmer over medium heat to desired consistency
