Whole chia seeds are combined with fresh lime juice, sugar, and water to create a chia energy drink.

3 Tablespoon chia seeds
2 Cup water
4 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 Tablespoon agave or a few drops of Stevia
Combine ingredients in a Mason jar or small pitcher and stir until chia is distributed in water. (Chia may clump at first, so use a whisk if necessary). Taste and adjust sweetener and lemon/lime juice as needed.
