Ingredients:

1 part Pear vodka

Half part Pear liquer

Half part Honey syrup

Half part Lemon juice

One dash bitters

One splash prosecco

Lemon Curl for garnish

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients except Prosecco and shake with ice

Strain into a coupe glass and top with Prosecco

Garnish with Lemon Curl
