Hooters may be a national chain, but the Manhattan location isn't immune to a little hometown pride. And what football is complete without cheerleaders? Hooters Bartender and 2012 calendar girl Jasmine Seyed offers up the Big Blue, a “fun concoction to prepare and serve” that represents the size of the spread by which Seyed predicts the Giants will win the Super Bowl. The fruity drink delivers a deceptively powerful punch worthy of Lawrence Taylor himself, though LT was never this sweet. Originally created in 2008 for the last Giants Super Bowl appearance, the cocktail gets a refresher for 2012 and is back by popular demand.

Total Time:
Servings: 1
1 1/2 ounce Blue Curacao
1 1/2 ounce Bacardi Dragon Berry
1 ounce Fresh lemon sour (equal parts sugar, water and lemon juice heated just enough to combine, or use sour mix as a shortcut if necessary)
3/4 ounce Peach Schnapps
Grenadine
Coat the bottom of a chilled martini glass with the grenadine coating the bottom of the glass. Add the rest of the ingredients to a shaker full of ice and stir to combine. Strain into the martini glass and remember – leave the cheerleader pyramids to the professionals, no matter how good an idea it seems at the time.
