Wondering whether to buy fresh or frozen turkey this Thanksgiving? According to Sunny Anderson, host of Food Network's "Home Made in America," there's no question.

"Always buy fresh," she says. If you do buy a frozen turkey, "there's no telling how long it will take to thaw it out." She advises giving a frozen turkey about a week to thaw in your fridge. And whether you buy fresh or frozen, for the best results, Sunny suggests bringing it to room temperature before cooking.
